-
To be your ground and resource during our sessions.
-
To create a space for you that feels nourishing and authentic.
-
To assure of regardless what is accomplished, you and your loved ones are left feeling supported, at peace and closer to acceptance of the next chapter.

After assisting my uncle cross over peacefully in January, I couldn't help but realize this was a soul calling for me. All I remember feeling during and after the ceremony was, "I need to do this 100 times over, for many more people." It is an absolute gift and honor to be able to offer support to anyone moving through this next chapter. I've even noticed this gets looked over, and the death process just happens. Why not bring in ceremony, like we've always known? Why not remember the reverence of God welcoming us back to our original self, the Soul?
In a session, I will begin by connecting with the loved ones affected and the loved ones. We will connect on a level where we can feel comfortable with each other, and you are able to share anything about the process or yourselves at all that might be helpful for me to know. My role as a Death Doula is dynamic with my background as a psychic medium, reiki master and integrative trauma practitioner. If you are looking for assurance and clarity from your ancestors, spirit guides, the loved one's higher self, that can be done. If you are in need of and the family/loved ones in need of reiki or a guided meditation, that can be done too. I also offer integrative trauma work, where I can help all affected move through anything that might be holding them back from being able to process this next chapter, or could even help with the loved one's transition. Oftentimes, the loved one about to die has a checklist, waiting for certain people, events or circumstances to occur so they can let go. Perhaps resolution, a forgiveness, a loving embrace is needed. I am fully open and here as your Death Doula to be a loving guide in anyway I can! Regardless of how many sessions you book with me, they will be catered to the loved ones needs.

Allow your loved one to transition with deep spiritual support, reverence and ceremony.

You're loved one desires an easeful transition to the Other Side
The Process: working with me
In my sessions, I prefer to make this a very inclusive process (if that what the loved one in transition desires, or if you + others desire too!). This is because your presence adds to the loving frequency of this process. Truly, the rule of thumb with spirit is--more hearts, the merrier! I also encourage this because this is not only a deeply rewarding and memorable experience, you are also helping in the healing transition of your loved one with your presence.
I'm a people-person, first and foremost! I adore connecting with my clients, so they can know I have their back and I am their grounding. As an Integrative Trauma Practitioner, it's my responsibility to be your grounding resource through the process of any event that is traumatic or bringing up heavy emotions. I bring my training and use my naturally bubbly energy to my advantage, so this can be a remarkably healing experience for everyone.
When we begin a session with your loved one, I guide us all through a meditation, then ask everyone included to direct their heart-frequency energy to the loved one in transition. I set intentions, then begin my process. In this session, I'm working with various guides, ancestors, their spirit team and reiki energy to help them feel levity and at peace with crossing over. During this time I am also playing frequency music for added ambiance. Depending on if this is necessary or not, I play my Tibetan sound bowl at the very end to bring our energy back into our bodies and round out the practice. After the healing session is over, I will communicate any messages that came through, provide support answer any questions that you would like to ask.

Death doesn't have to feel like a sudden ending. It can be a ceremonial beginning to a new chapter, for all.

Who a Death Doula is for:

✶ You and your loved ones affected are having a difficult time processing and or letting go, and you feel called to this type of support.
✶ You desire this death to be a deeply supportive and ceremonial experience.
✶ You are looking to heal your relationship with death and want to be a apart of an unforgettable experience.
✶ You firmly believe this type of support will be a perfect addition to the already loving support during this team.
Frequent Questions

Will my loved one experience any discomfort during this session?
Depending on their state, they really shouldn't. The goal of my work is to bring them immense comfort, and reiki is a very gentle practice. You may feel the energy of the space shift, and may even feel / experience sensations, but overall you are very safe. All of my work is grounded in ethics and fundamental practices that follow deep intention.
How will this help us?
I will answer this in a few parts. First, this will help your loved one entering the death process to let go and begin to blend into more soul-resonance, so they can feel comfortable transitioning away from their body. Second, this will help everyone that wants to participate because you are witnessing firsthand the magic of God and the reverence of the death process--hopefully, reframing from the "doom and gloom" darkness, to a place of lightness and loving support. Third, this will help everyone--the friends, family, and loved one in the death process transition into a place where there is acceptance around this next chapter. The state of the loved ones affected very much affects the loved one in transition.
